Khao Hom Dok Mali 105 (Thai Hom Mali rice)

Dok Mali 105 is one of Thailand's most iconic and internationally acclaimed rice varieties. Officially certified on May 25, 1959, this premium jasmine rice is cultivated in the northeastern region of Thailand, where the unique combination of sandy soils and alternating dry-humid climate contributes to its exceptional characteristics.

As a photoperiod-sensitive variety grown during the rainy season, planting begins between July and August, with harvest taking place from November to December. RD6 (Thai Glutinous rice)

RD6 is a popular Glutinous rice variety in Thailand, certified on May 4, 1977. It thrives in the upper northern regions of the country, including Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai and Lampang. Grown during the rainy season and harvested in late November, RD6 is a photoperiod sensitive variety known for its consistency and distinctive qualities.

Once cooked, RD6 reveals its signature soft, chewy texture and a pleasant aroma unique to the variety. Its consistent quality and palatability have made it a staple in households and restaurants across the country, while also earning recognition abroad.


Sanpatong (Thai Glutinous rice)

Sanpatong Glutinous rice variety renowned for its exceptional quality both domestically and internationally. Officially certified on May 6, 1962, and was developed at the Sanpatong Agricultural Research Station in Chiang Mai province, from which it takes its name. Sanpatong is a photoperiod sensitive rice variety that is rainfed and cultivated once a year during the rainy season, with harvesting typically taking place in late November an optimal period for full grain maturity.

When cooked, this rice delivers a soft and elastic texture with a naturally fragrant aroma, and it remains tender without becoming hard upon cooling. It maintains a distinct character of its own, making it perfect for traditional Thai cuisine and dessert creations.
